Recipe(tried): Peach Iced Tea (using peach nectar and canned peaches)

PEACH ICED TEA

4 cups water
5 (regular size) green tea bags
4 cups peach nectar
2 cups canned peaches (pat dry and sliced thin)

Pour 4 cups water in a pot. Place pot over high-heat. Bring to a good boil. Remove pot from heat. Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.

Remove tea bags. Pour tea into a pitcher. Pour in the peach-nectar and stir. Slowly, add the sliced peaches and stir gently.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint springs, if desired.
