Recipe(tried): Penguin Appetizer

Appetizers and Snacks
I have made these cute penguins & they were a real HIT at my office. The recipe was on the cover of the Betty Crocker Easy Holiday cookbook from December, 1997 #134. They are time consuming to make, but they are worth it. Some of the co-workers didn't want to eat them-they just wanted to save them, take them home & show their kids.
