ISO: Penguin appetizer made from black olive

Could anyone out there help me?? I once saw acute appetizers made to look like penguins.I remember they were made out of black olives.The feet and beak were made out of catrrots, the body of the penguin was split an olive filled with a cream cheese and horse radish filling. If anyone has come across this recipe please post it or let me know where to get it.Thanks to everyone!
