Recipe: Perfect Quick-Roasted Chicken (whole chicken roasted in about an hour at 450 degrees F)

Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Foil
1 whole fryer chicken (3 to 3 1/2 lbs.)
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. TEAR off a sheet of Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Foil two times the length of 13x9x2-inch pan. To line pan with the foil sheet, flip the pan over. Center foil over pan with non-stick (dull) side toward pan, press foil sheet around it, leaving even foil borders on each end of pan. Remove the foil. Flip the pan over and drop the formed foil liner inside.
Place chicken in foil-lined pan. Sprinkle seasoned salt and pepper over chicken, turning to coat evenly. WRAP chicken loosely by overlapping the foil borders.
Bake 20 minutes. Open and turn back foil. Continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
