Recipe: Pineapple and Pecan Salad

Pineapple and Pecan Salad

2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Cook together, stirring constantly, until thick. Cool, add to:

2 cups small marshmallows
2 cups crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup chopped pecans

Let stand overnight. Before serving fold in 1 container whipped cream (1/2 pint), and 6 tablespoons of sugar.
