This is from a trade magazine and was featured on a cooking show years back.
Pineapple Chili Sauce
Combine in a saucepan:
1 ripe pineappe peeled and chopped coarsly
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. jalapeno pepper chopped, more or less to your liking and
1 cup water.
Bring to a boil and simmer 25 minutes. Let cool and puree. Stir in 1 tbsp. lime juice and 1 1/2 tbsp chopped cilantro.
