Recipe: Pineapple Eggnog Punch, Peppermint Eggnog Punch

2 qts PURITY EGGNOG
5 cups pineapple juice, chilled
1 (33.8-oz) bottle ginger ale, chilled
Combine eggnog and pineapple juice in a punch bowl; stir. Add ginger ale just before serving. Yield: 20 servings.
PEPPERMINT-EGGNOG PUNCH

1 quart PURITY PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM, softened
1 quart PURITY EGGNOG
48 ounces ginger ale, chilled
Peppermint sticks
Combine PURITY PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM, PURITY EGGNOG and ginger ale in a large punch bowl and stir until blended. Serve immediately with peppermint sticks for garnish.
NOTES:
Yield: about 1 gallon punch
