Recipe(tried): Green Tea Frappuccino like Starbuck's - not milk...it's a cream base

Since you cannot recreate starbucks cream base I would suggest using half and half or a mix of milk and heavy cream as you're cream base. and green tea powder. blend it up with some ice and presto. Whip cream if desired. Hope this helps
