Recipe(tried): Plankity Fiddleheads Salad

Plankity Fiddleheads Salad

1/2 head romaine lettuce, torn
1 1/2 cup plankity fiddleheads, sliced fork-sized
1/2 cup blackstrap molasses
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tsp norman peppercorns, flaked
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp mustard powder

Combine liquids and spices, toss into greens, chill two hours.
