Recipe(tried): Polish Kielbasa and Sauerkraut In the crock pot

I always cut the kielbasa into chuncks cover them with sauerkraut in the crockpot. You can also put in a quartered potato to absorb some of the grease. Cook on low for about 5 hours. This is great on a hard roll with mustard.
