Recipe: Ham Slice, Baked

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
This recipe, from The Jane's Potpourri cookbook has a note at the bottom stating that it is an, "old fashioned recipe, most delicious."

HAM SLICE, BAKED
Serves 3 or 4

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon regular mustard
2 Tablespoons vinegar
One 1-inch thick ham slice
Milk to almost cover

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Stir brown sugar, ground cloves, mustard and vinegar together and spread over ham slice. Add milk to almost cover ham slice.

Bake for 1 hour.

Increase amounts with size of ham slice.
