Recipe(tried): Poppa D's Brats and Kraut (quantity recipe)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
POPPA D'S BRATS AND KRAUT

10 lbs link bratwurst sausage
3 cans (1 lb each) sauerkraut
3 bell peppers, chopped
3 medium onions, chopped

Heat bar-b-que grill or skillet and cook sausage until almost done.

Add kraut and chopped peppers and onions. Cook until sausage is done and kraut is browned.

Serve on buns. Good with potato salad and baked beans.

Serves approximately 30
