Recipe(tried): Pork and Veggies from the Oven - Karen, how about this...

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
It has (in 1/8 of the recipe) 240 calories, 27 g carbs, 5 grams fat, 62 mg cholesterol, 65 mg of sodium) according to the recipe notes. I have made this several times with very good results.

PORK AND VEGGIES FROM THE OVEN

1 1/2 lbs (2 or 3) boneless pork tenderloins
1 lb. (6-8) carrots, peeled, cut into 2" pieces
2 lb. (16-20) new taters, cut in half
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon dried sage leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat oven to 450. Generously spray roasting pan with Pam. Place pork in pan. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of one. Place carrots, potatoes and onion around tenderloins. Drizzle oil evenly over meat and veggies;sprinkle with rosemary, sage and pepper. Bake uncovered at 450 for 30-40 minutes until meat thermometer registers 165 and veggies are tender, stirring veggies occasionally. Makes 8 servings. Enjoy!
