Pork Chop Dinner
1 pork chop for each serving
1 square foil for each pork chop
1 potato for each serving
1 carrot for each serving
1 small onion for each serving
1 can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Place one pork chop, salted, on each square of foil. Wash and peel potato, cut in half lengthwise and lay cut side down on pork chop. Cut one carrot in half crosswise; lay on top of potato. Peel onion, cut in half crosswise and lay on top of carrot.
Mix tomato sauce with Worcestershire sauce. Add about 4 tbsp. of the tomato sauce mixture over the vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.
Fold up foil square to form a closed packet. Bake on a shallow baking pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
