PORT AND BERRY CHOPS
4 butterfly pork chops
1/4 cup port
1/4 cup black currant jam
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix marinade ingredients together and add pork, coating well. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill. Place pork on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes or until done.
Servings: 4
