Recipe: Potato Dumplings

Misc.
This is an excellent dumpling recipe.
Potato Dumplings:

2-eggs
1-Tbsp.salt
2 c. flour
3 c. mashed potatos
2 Tbsp cream of wheat or Frina

Mix in order given. Mix well until dough is completely blended, knead with hands. Shape into little rolls 20-25 each. Drop them into boiling water until they float in water. Remove them and put in bowl, and put 2 tablespoons of butter on them. Carefully mix or stir them to coat evenly with butter. Place lid on bowl. Hint! For my potatos I use a mixer to whip them, and add milk, butter, garlic powder, and butter, salt and pepper.
