Recipe(tried): Quantities for Fish Fry for 150

On this site go to servings for 50 and 100 (click here), and I have found the quantities are pretty much on target. In doing fish fries for my family group, 25 to 50, I always add more potatoes, especially if getting the frozen french fries. For 25 people we will usually cook 10 lbs. of unprepared potatoes. I can't give you any suggestion on cole slaw, other than to say for the 25 people group 1 large head of cabbage is enough, but we always have a green salad because some do not eat the cole slaw. We have decided we will never be able to make enough Hushpuppies or tartar sauce. Hope this helps.
