QUE QUEENS' PRIZE-WINNING RIB RUB
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon garlic salt
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar; cover with a tight-fitting lid. Store in a dark cupboard away from heat. Rub keeps for several weeks.
Makes 1/2 cup
