Recipe(tried): Quick Chicken and Dumplings

Menus

This is similar & easy. I got a recipe from TKL from Kathy/OH but cannot find it in the search. She uses:
2-4 chicken breasts (I like to cook it in the crockpot rather than boil or microwave because to me it's juicer & more tender) cooked and cut into chunks.
2 cans cream of ckn soup
2 cans of ckn broth
salt & pepper to taste
poultry seasoning (I substitute Cavendars Greek seasoning 1/4 teas)

Bring soups, broth, & seasonings to a boil. Drop dumplings into hot stew. (Recipe on Bisquick box) and reduce heat and cover. Cook 10 min. Remove lid and cook until dumplings are done (approx 10 more min).
Note: stir once in a while to prevent sticking

Delicious, & good left over!
