SEAFOOD CONTINENTAL
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1/3 to 1/2 cup water (as needed)
2 tbsp. dry white wine (optional)
4 cups drained cooked seafood cut-up (a combination of crab, lobster, shrimp or white fish)
1 cup shredded mild process cheese
2 tbsp, minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs
Blend soup, water, and wine; mix with seafood cheese, and parsley, Spoon into shallow baking dish (10x6x2-inches); top with crumbs.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until bubbling.
Makes 6 servings
