QUICK HAM AND CHEESE BAKE
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, cut up
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup grate parmesan cheese
1 cup bisquick original or 1 1/4 cups reduced-fat* baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 9-inch pie plate.
Mix ham, vegetables and Parmesan cheese in plate; set aside.
Stir baking mix, milk and eggs together with fork until blended. Pour into plate.
Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake 2 minutes longer or until melted.
*Bake 30 minutes if using Bisquick Reduced Fat baking mix.
