Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
RAISIN GRAVY FOR HAM

1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
Dash of cinnamon
1 1/2 c. apple juice or cider
1/4 - 1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. butter
Pineapples
Cherries

Mix together in saucepan. Stir for 10 minutes. As it thickens, add 1 tablespoon butter. Cut pineapple or cherries for variety.

HAM & GRAVY

2-3 nice slices of ham

Make a dry mixture of equal parts of dry mustard, brown sugar and flour (2 tablespoons each). Pat ham on both sides and put into a pan that can be placed into the oven. Cover ham slices entirely with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans! This is absolutely delicious and makes for a nice change!
