MOCK HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
3/4 cup Hellmann's Best Foods real mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash white pepper
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In small saucepan stir together mayonnaise milk, salt and pepper. Stir in lemon rind and lemon juice. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 4 minutes or until heated.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
