Recipe(tried): Rattlesnake Pasta

I believe I have mastered the recipe for Pizzeria Uno's Rattlesnake Pasta .......enjoy.
Makes 4 large servings

8 Tbsp. butter
1 cup heavy cream
12 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
salt & pepper to taste.

Combine above ingredients and heat very slowly till thickened. Add and heat through:

1 cup finely diced CANNED jalapeno peppers
3 Tbsp. minced garlic in olive oil
10 oz. chunked roasted chicken

Serve over penne pasta.
