Recipe(tried): Re: cooked ham-removing salty taste

Rose,My mom used to cook ham in the oven and pour coke or pepsi preferably coke because it is more carbonated and works faster, this makes the ham tender and taste sweet not salty, it works great just keep marinating the ham it usually takes about 1 hour on 265 degrees. Good luck!!
