Here is a nice side dish Diane

Summer Squash & Potato Saute
2 tbsp butter
2 med summer squash, sliced
2 small red potatoe, thinly sliced
Fresh parsley minced
Salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Saute squash and potatoes until tender. sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4.
