Recipe(tried): Re: Request: Dinosaur Party Ideas

Misc.

Dinosaur food

1/4 cup dirt (cocoa)
1/2 cup swamp water (milk)
2 cups crushed bones (sugar)
3 cups grass (uncooked oatmeal)
1/2 cup squashed bugs ( peanut butter)
1/2 cup fat (margarine_

Mix dirt and swamp water. Add crushed bones and fat. heat to a boil for 1 minutes. Add grass and squashed bugs. Cool and place by teaspoon on waxed paper.

Stacy had a very good idea of the jello eggs. If you would an easier cake even that I mentioned in the first post, you can make the top of a sheet cake look like their grassland, swamp or whatever using plastic dinosaurs, and trees and make the frosting to look like water, grass, etc. Another idea would be make sugar cookie dinosaurs and have them standing on top a cake. the cookie cutters could also be used to cut out invitations and whatever use paper you would want, napkins, etc. Have fun
