APPLE-RAISIN DROP COOKIES
1 pkg Pillsbury Moist Supreme Yellow Cake Mix
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup coarsely shredded apple
1/2 cup raisins
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, sour cream and eggs; blend well. Stir in apple and raisins. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Cool 5 minutes or until completely cooled.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
Makes 4 dozen cookies
