Recipe(tried): re: Roasting Fresh Ham

Good Morning. If your ham is partially baked then you can safely assume approx 20 minutes per pound however, what you need to roast it until a meat thermometer inserted diagonally into the thickest part of the ham registers 150 degrees F.*

*For larger cuts of pork, such as roasts, cook to 150 degrees F; remove from the oven or grill and allow to set for 10 minutes before slicing. The temperature of the roast will continue to rise to 160F and the pork juices will redistribute throughout the roast before slicing.
