Chele, this may not be what you are looking for but it came to mind when I read your post. It is pretty yummy anyway!
RIBBON FANTASY FUDGE
3 cups sugar, divided use
3/4 cup margarine, divided use
2/3 cup evaporated milk, divided use
6 ounces chocolate chips
7 ounces marshmallow creme, divided use
1 teaspoon vanilla, divided use
1/2 cup peanut butter
Butter a 13x9 inch pan and reserve.
In a heavy saucepan combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 Tablespoons margarine and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Bring to a full boil. Continue boiling for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly over medium-high heat. Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips. Add 1 cup marshmallow creme and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Wash and dry saucepan.
In same saucepan combine remaining sugar, margarine and evaporated milk. Bring to a full boil. Continue boiling 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly over medium-high heat. Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter and remaining vanilla. Beat until blended. Pour over chocolate fudge layer in pan. Chill to firm.
Cut in small pieces to serve.
