Recipe(tried): Rice Stuffing for the Turkey

RICE STUFFING FOR THE TURKEY
Recipe good for a 12 lbs. turkey

3 cups of cooked white or yellow rice
salt to taste
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
3 cups bread crumbs for stuffing (Seasoned)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup of raisins
salt & pepper to taste

Mix everything in the order given. Saut for approximately 15 minutes at medium heat. Let it cool to room temperature. Stuff the turkey & prepare the remainder for baking, covered, near the turkey. Delicious!
