re: Cinnamon Chips

Misc.
Angela, I don't know how to make cinnamon chips, but I purchase them and try to keep a bag on hand. They are great in muffins, cookies, and scones, and imagine they would be terriffic in pancakes. I have a hard time finding cinnamon chips locally, and usually order from King Arthur. During the holiday season, though, I have found the chips put out by Hershey's near all the baking products.
