ISO: Ruby Tuesday's Queso Queso Dip

I am looking for a copycat recipe for Ruby Tuesday's queso queso dip. I've found a lot for their spinach dip, but this is different. It's spicy and has sun-dried tomatoes and spinach in with lots of cheese. I'd appreciate it if anyone has a recipe to share.
