Recipe: Rusks

Hi,

This isn't for cinnamon rusks, but you can replace the garlic with cinnamon sugar.

10 or 12 hamburger buns

Lay buns out in cookie sheet, top and bottoms separated. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Remove and butter each one slightly and place back in hot oven. Turn off heat, but leave in oven until cold. You may also sprinkle with garlic salt when buttering. These are good with spaghetti or stew. To leave them plain, serve with tea or jelly and coffee.
