Recipe: Russian Tea, Orange Spice Tea and Holiday Tea (not using tea)

RUSSIAN TEA

2 cups pineapple juice, unsweetened
2 cups orange juice, unsweetened
1/2 gallon apple cider
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
12 whole cloves
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together. Heat almost to a boil; keep hot for 30-60 minutes before serving (remove cinnamon sticks and cloves before serving).

ORANGE SPICE TEA

1 large orange
Whole cloves
8 cups apple juice or cider
3 tbsp. lemon juice
4 cinnamon sticks

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Insert cloves into orange 1/2-inch apart. Place in shallow baking pan; bake 30 minutes. Pierce orange several places with a fork.

In large pan combine apple juice or cider, lemon juice, cinnamon sticks and baked orange. Cover and simmer over low heat 30 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks and the orange. Serve hot.

HOLIDAY TEA

1 1/2 gallons apple cider
32 oz. cranapple juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups prepared orange juice
4 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp. whole cloves

Put all ingredients in large pan. Simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. DO NOT BOIL. Cook longer if you want a stronger taste. Remove cinnamon sticks and cloves before serving.
