Recipe: Cranberry Spritzer (using cranberry juice and ginger ale)

CRANBERRY SPRITZER

1 (32 ounces) bottle cranberry juice cocktail
2 sticks cinnamon
1 tablespoon whole allspice
1 (1 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled

Drop cinnamon sticks and allspice into cranberry juice; refrigerate overnight.

To serve, pour equal parts of juice and ginger ale into tall glasses. Remove spices, if desired. Serve immediately.

Makes 8 servings
