Recipe: Rustic Rub

Misc.

Hi Shelly!
I'm sorry this isn't from Woman's Day...or maybe this is the one they used since Emeril's recipes are oftened featured in magazines and on TV....but it is a recipe for a rustic rub...Hope it helps!

Rustic Rub - {Emeril's Rustic Seasoning} 8 tablespoons Paprika
3 tablespoons Cayenne
5 tablespoons Freshly-ground black pepper
6 tablespoons Garlic powder
3 tablespoons Onion powder
6 tablespoons Salt
2 1/2 tablespoons Dried oregano
2 1/2 tablespoons Dried thyme

Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.

This recipe yields about 2 1/3 cups of Emeril's famous "Rustic Rub" seasoning.
