Recipe(tried): Salmon filling ideas

Pati - here are a couple of ideas for you:

Mix cooked salmon with a little sour cream, a little mayonnaise, a dab of dijon mustard, a squirt of lemon juice, and minced fresh dill. Add some chopped capers and/or very finely minced red onion, if desired.

Mix cooked salmon with mayonnaise and/or plain yogurt that has been flavored with curry powder, a dab of tomato paste, and a little orange marmalade or finely minced chutney.

Mix a little wasabi with sour cream and chopped fresh chives. Put a dab of this mixture on the bottom of the split creampuff, then a flake/little chunks of salmon on top, then another dab of the wasabi dressing to hold it all together.
