Recipe(tried): Sandwich Salsa

Here's a simple salsa that gets better the longer it's in the fridge.

Sandwich Salsa

1 qt chopped dill pickles
1 qt chopped onion
1 qt chopped tomatoes
1 cup nacho jalapeno slices
(all with juice -- add 50/50 vinegar and water to barely cover if need be)
1 head garlic, peeled & finely chopped
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. ground black pepper

Mix everything up in a gallon jar and chill.

Great on sandwiches and burgers, but still mild enough to eat as a small side salad.
