Recipe: Red Mesa Grill Fresh Mango Salsa

Toppings - Salsas
Fresh Mango Salsa

4 cups mangos, diced small
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1 cup red onion, diced
1 tsp. fresh Jalapeno, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic
Juice of one lime

Mix well.
Best if left in refrigerator overnight.
Serve over chicken or pork.
