Recipe(tried): Sauteed Spinach

Found this recipe in an ad for "Pompeian Olive Oil", it's delicious. I would recommend using the pinch of sugar that the recipe calls for. Hope you enjoy it, it's become a favorite of ours.

Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 thinly sliced cloves of garlic and cook over low heat, stirring often, about 7 minutes, or until garlic is lightly golden. Add 10 ounces of fresh spinach (stems removed and leaves torn into bite-size pieces) to oil mixture; increase heat to medium and cook stirring constantly for about 3 minutes or until spinach is limp. Stir in one tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, or mor to taste, and pinch of sugar. Remove from heat.
