Recipe: Scrambled Eggs Supreme (blender)

Breakfast and Brunch
SCRAMBLED EGGS SUPREME

6 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
8 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup pasteurized process cheese spread
3/4 tsp seasoned salt
dash pepper

Fry bacon in a large skillet; drain off all but 3 tbsp drippings.

Combine remaining ingredients in container of electric blender; process on low speed until light and fluffy.

Pour into skillet with bacon and hot drippings. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, until done. Serve immediately.

Serving Ideas : Goes well with Sausage-Filled Crepes
