Recipe: Passover Granola (using farfel, nuts and honey)

Breakfast and Brunch
PASSOVER GRANOLA (Parve/Dairy)

4 cups farfel
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey

Crumble together all ingredients. Spread out on a Teflon cookie sheet.

Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Raisins may be added after baking. Can be used as a snack or even cereal with milk.
