freeze an angel food cake for 3 hours remove from freezer and torte into three sections. on the fitst layer spread a third of a quart of raspberry sherbert add a layer of cake and repeat with the sherbert. Add the final layer of cake and fill the whole with the remaining sherbert. Ice the cake with a carton of thawed whipped topping. On top of the cake carefully spread 1/2 cup of warmed raspberry preserves. Freeze. 30 Minutes before serving place in the refridgerator. slice with a serrated knife
