Brenda - how heavy or light do you need your dessert to be? My favorites are always fruit, so what about Strawberries in Balsamic Vinegar, or Raspberries in Champagne, or Stuffed Figs? Also, yesterday's "Surf for your Supper" had a Master Fruit Cobbler Recipe, and individual cobblers would be lovely as well. I can post recipes if you want them
