Recipe: Shrimp and Pasta Bake

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
SHRIMP AND PASTA BAKE

You can easily experiment with this recipe. I like to add scallops and green onions!

1 (16 oz) package bowtie pasta, uncooked
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (4.5 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
12 oz shrimp
1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (Kraft's Parm Plus Red pepper and Herbs works well)

Cook pasta to desired doneness and drain.

Place pasta in an ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, shrimp, red pepper, and oregano. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in a 350 oven until thoroughly heated, about 15-20 minutes.
