SKILLET SCALLOPED TOMATOES
"Good served with chicken, hamburgers or fish."
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, cut up
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup cubed bread-stuffing mix
In large heavy skillet cook tomatoes in butter until hot.
Add stuffing mix. Stir 5 minutes or until heated through and most liquid is absorbed.
Makes 4 servings
