Recipe: Slow-Cooker Crumbled Beef Sandwiches

SLOW-COOKER CRUMBLED BEEF SANDWICHES

2 pounds extra-lean ground beef
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups water
8 sandwich buns, split (for serving)
desired condiments (for serving)

In 3 1/2 to 4 quart crock pot, combine all ingredients except buns; mix until ground beef is very moist and crumble.

Cover; cook on low setting for 7-10 hours.

TO SERVE:
Stir mixture to crumble ground beef. Drain with slotted spoon, spoon beef mixture into buns. Serve with desired condiments.

Makes 8 sandwiches
