Recipe(tried): Snickerdoodle Recie

Misc.
This was a favorite in the tea room where I used to bake:

Snickerdoodles

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Cinnamon-Sugar

Cream margarine, shortening and sugar until light. Add eggs and beat until combined. Stir in dry ingredients. Roll into 1" balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overbake!
