Recipe: Some other ideas for Gal's Night Out for Patti, CA

Hi Patti :-) Since Mediterranean food seems to be quite popular right now, how about a Greek Mezedes or a Spanish Tapas Night? You can just make several appetizers (enough to fill everyone up), try several new recipes and enjoy new food. Everyone can "graze" to their hearts content :-)!! Or, you could certainly make a main dish and sides from one of those countries instead. Another idea would be to get Gladys involved here. She could help you plan a Puerto Rican Gal's Night Out. For any of these, perhaps you could get music from these countries (or, in the case of Puerto Rico, which I believe is a U.S. commonwealth, Gladys could help suggest some music, too.) Good luck with whatever idea you decide to go with. If you let us know, we will try to come up with some recipes for you.
